RETURN POLICY

We are almost sure that you will love your new purchase, but if it doesn’t make you smile to the fullest, you have the right to return it.

Unfortunately we can’t accept any items that have been worn, washed or damaged. The original hangtag must be attached.

You can return/change your item within 14 days.

Don’t forget to send us an email at info@tits-store.com with your name, the reason of return and your bankdetails so we can repay your money as soon as possible.

You have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

Be aware that the return policy in store is different then for the webshop! For online shopping there are different laws to abide. (see in store return policy below)

NOTE: We strongly recommend to make a picture of the package with the label before you send it back to us. This way you have more chance to get compensation if the package is lost by the postal company.

In store Return Policy

You can change your item(s) in store within 14 days with the receipt. Unfortunately we can’t accept any items that have been worn, washed or damaged. The original hangtag must be attached. You can change your item for something else or a store credit. We won’t be able to give your money back. If you bought your item online, you can change sizes of the same product in store. You can also deliver the item at the store to avoid paying the shipping costs.
